Dear Families,

I hope you are all doing well and continue to stay safe. As we are committed to taking all reasonable steps to protect the people we support, we are sharing an update to our visitation guidelines in light of the recent expansion of the travel advisory put in place by Governor Cuomo.

We continue to work with our colleagues in developing these guidelines and expect that they will continue to evolve as we receive guidance from OPWDD and other regulatory agencies. Please read the guidelines thoroughly as there are new procedures in effect that must be followed to ensure the safety of all people supported.

As always, we move forward as partners in this process and we will continue to provide updates as they become available.
