As we look to September, we’d like to share with you the Brookville Center Re-Opening Plan, which is being submitted to the New York State Education Department.

The Re-Opening Plan details the safety measures each program will take to ensure quality education services for our students. The plan incorporates all guidelines from Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH), the New York State Education Department (NYSED), and the Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS).

Our goal throughout this process has been to provide as much in-person education as possible while maintaining safety standards for our students and staff. We expect further guidance from NYSED and OCFS this week, which could allow for our plan to be updated. We will provide an update next week, based on this further guidance.
